Georgiev Farm was founded in 2021, driven by our passion to create premium-quality truffle products. We started with dairy products made from traditional Bulgarian recipes, which quickly gained popularity on the local market.
Following the great success of our truffle dairy products, we began searching for old recipes for dry-cured sausages that could be skillfully paired with the modern taste of truffle. Now, we proudly present a product portfolio that rivals global standards in both quality and flavor. What we’re most proud of, however, is that we’ve managed to preserve the authentic Bulgarian taste in every bite.
The Georgiev Farm has niche products with truffles in its portfolio. Sausages and cheeses. In 2026, the company created a new business line in the food distribution sector for the HORECA industry. In recent years, Georgiev Farm has successfully collaborated
with Bulgarian and international clients – restaurants, hotels, delicatessens, and retailers who appreciate authentic taste
and guaranteed origin. Our goal is to build sustainable and long-term relationships with our partners – based on trust, consistency and a shared passion for good food.
